Ronald F. Skipper

Ronald F. Skipper of Dothan, age 69, passed away December 4, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

Ronnie proudly served 31 years in the Army National Guard and retired as First Sergeant.  He was also Safety Director for several trucking companies throughout his career.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Terri Skipper; his two sons and daughters-in-law, Todd & Shannon Skipper and Jeff & Jennifer Skipper; his two granddaughters, Bryce and Samara Skipper; and his two sisters Eleanor Miller and Mary Wallace.

His family would like to thank Dr. William Veale for his unrelenting hope.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Park's Pavilion with Rev. Billy Gant officiating and Robert Byrd directing.  The family will receive friends following the service in a celebration of Ronnie's life.  At other times the family will be at 1411 North Pontiac.
