Rosemarie Ference, aka, Powell and aka, Richards, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at home with her daughter in Enterprise, Alabama. She was 79 years of age.

The Celebration of Life for Rosemarie will be held at 3 p.m. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. and food and fellowship will follow the service on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church in Dothan, Alabama. Born in New Jersey, the daughter of the late Elsie Kiefer and the late John Kennedy, Rosemarie lived and attended school in Oakhurst, NJ. She was a beloved and loyal friend to many. She worked all of her life in one way or another and was a good servant to God, her church, and those less fortunate than herself. She loved her family, traditions, and pets. Rosemarie spent the last 8 years of her life in Alabama where she created new and deep connections. She lived a full life and will be missed dearly.

Rosemarie is survived by her brother, William Powell; her children, John Francis Richards and Bruni Warren, Kathleen Marie Richards and Jayne Marie Richards-Grantham; and son-in-law, Ronald Glenn Grantham; her grandchildren, Kirin, Jacob, Joshua, and Samantha as well as her great grandchildren, Daisy, Norah, Raven, and Natasha. Also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, who she adored.

Also survived by her chosen family from church and Pensacola. Special mention to her soul sister, Kat, and her confidants, Jeanne, Jean and Jujuna. Thank you to all who stood by her in these past 8 years and the whole of her life, you were all a true blessing to her life and to my life her daughter Jayne.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church of Dothan, Alabama with Rev. Stephen Alsleben officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 2-3 pm with a service beginning at 3 pm and a reception following the service.
