Sherry Edwards

Sherry Elaine Edwards, 58, of Dothan was called home Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 12 Noon Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Cowley officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 10:30 am to Noon prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Edwards was born March 11, 1955 in Albany, GA. She resided in Dothan for the past 23 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Bobbie Clindaniel, her precious son Michael Guthrie, and her beloved husband Robert Edwards.

Survivors include her daughters, Tina Richard Mauldin and their children Kristina and Joshua, Hope Jonathan Skipper and their daughter Faith; her step-children, Angelia Canter and her sons Isiah, Joshiah, and Justice, Michael Edwards and his sons Tyler and Tanner, Carlene Tillery and her son Steven Tillery and his family; her sister, Debra Albert Torez and their sons Brandon, Michael Paul, and Daniel and their families; a good friend Elaine Lunsford; her sister-in-law Lorene Pruitt whom she held close to her heart.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Parmer, Tony Turner, Troy Thomas, Chris Gomez, Brandon Anderson, and Tommy Lunsford.
