Susan Bastien Holster

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park Chapel with Rev. Bill Bastien officiating and Robert Byrd of Sunset Memorial Park directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral one hour prior to service time on Wednesday.

Mrs. Holster was born July 29, 1952 in Houston County and she resided in Dothan most of her life. She was a 1970 graduate of Dothan High School and later received her accounting degree from Wallace Community College in 1997. Mrs. Holster was employed with Warnco of Dothan for over 15 years prior to the plant closing and she later enjoyed being a homemaker where she loved to cook, garden and make crafts.

Survivors include her husband, Norman Holster, Wicksburg, AL; her mother, Mary A. Bastien, Dothan, AL; 2 brothers, Bill Bastien and his wife Carol, Dothan, AL, and Mike Bastien and his wife Tonja, Slocomb, AL; her sister, Ann Eddins and her husband Charlie, Adrian, GA; beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends also survive.
