Thelma Theresa Kozlowski, a resident of Enterprise, passed away on January 3, 2021. She was 80.

The family will greet friends on Thursday January 7, 2021, from 10-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
