Thelma D. Tice, a resident of Brandon, FL and formerly of Midland City passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at her residence. She was 86.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 at the Midland City Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 10-1 prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
