Tracy Michelle Wood

Tracy Michelle Wood, 44, a resident of Dothan passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Sunset Funeral home Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Forehand and Rev. Marrell Turvin officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home and in honor of Tracy's memory, feel free to wear your jeans and Alabama shirt.

Tracy was born April 19, 1971 in Coffee County and lived all of her life in Houston County and attended Ashford High School. She was employed with Family Dental Care of Dothan for the past 15 years. Tracy loved Alabama Football and adored her grandchildren who affectionately called her "GiGi." She loved spending time with her family outside in the sun around the swimming pool. She attended Cowarts Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband Gregory Wood; her son Eric Pennington; her daughter Michelle fiancé Dyllan Pennington; her step-son Tyler Wood; her grandchildren, Aiden, Leilah, and Elijah Pennington; her mother, Ella Hyatt Elliott; her brothers, Michael Hyatt, Wayne Wanda Hyatt, and Scotty April Hyatt; her sisters, Christine Dean Padgett and Kim Houdi Odom; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Donovan Cotton, Zane Cotton, Anthony Hyatt, Steven Hyatt, Josh McCoy, Trent Easton. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Keith Blackmon and the staff of Family Dental Care.
