Wheeler Whitlow Price

Wheeler Whitlow Price, 34, of Dothan passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Flowers Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, January 17, 2014 at First United Methodist Church in Dothan with Dr. James B. Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Pinckard Memorial Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 9:30-11 am prior to the service in the church parlor. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to www.live-for-today.org or to LifeSouth Community Blood Centers.

Wheeler was born October 28, 1979 in Dothan, AL and lived here his entire life. He was a 1998 graduate of Northview High School and a 2002 graduate of Auburn University. He was employed in management with Bobcat of the Wiregrass. Wheeler was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and Auburn Football. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and family.

Survivors include his wife Melissa Warner Price; his children, Wheeler Whitlow "Whit" Price, Jr. and Elizabeth Warner "Libby" Price; his parents Ed and Beth Price; his brothers, Martin Price, III and his wife Stephanie, and Charles Price and his wife Maryann; his grandmother Tommie Weatherford; a niece Emarie Price; numerous aunts, uncles, a niece, a nephew, and cousins also survive.

Serving as pallbearers will be C.K. Merrill, Joel Hewes, Whit Hewes, Robert Hewes, George Flowers, and Ricky Ball.
