Wiltrud Williams

Wiltrud Williams, a resident of Daleville, AL passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at her residence. She was 76.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10:00 am in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Jim Smith, Sr. officiating. The family will receive friends after the service. She was an animal lover so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter.

Wiltrud was born on July 22, 1945 in Germany. She moved to the United States in 1965 and resided in Daleville for the past 40 years. Wiltrud was employed at the NCO and Officer's Club at Fort Rucker for 30 years. She enjoyed cross stitching and worked as a seamstress for years. She liked traveling to Biloxi and Wetumpka and playing the slot machines. Wiltrud was a huge Auburn fan and enjoyed cheering them on. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, the Shriner ladies and VFW 6020 Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Williams; and her son, Norman Cameron.

Survivors include her son, Robert Williams; her daughter, Sandra Steele; her stepchildren, Richard Williams, Louis Williams, Billy Cameron, Gina Serna and Christina Cameron; seven grandchildren; her brother, Manfred Goetz; her sister, Gabriele Semonow; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial Date August 17, 2021 Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10:00 am in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Jim Smith, Sr. officiating. The family will receive friends after the service. She was an animal lover so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter.
