Wynant Daniel Bell

Wynant Daniel Bell, a resident of Dothan passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at his residence. He was 87 years old. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Bell was born October 5, 1931 in Enterprise, AL. He joined the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Alaska during the early part of his service. He loved ministering to people and serving the Lord. His life's passion was music and spending time with his family. He also authored two books about the rapture; Don't Take My Rapture Away and The Iron Teeth Kingdom. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Dove Bell, his parents, Benjamin and Lessie Bell, and his sisters, Vera Hodges and Glennie Konkel. He later was married to his wife Dorothy Bell on June 12, 1999. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Bell; sons, Wynant Darryl (Valeree) Bell, Deric Daniel (Jessica) Bell, and Jerry (Linda) Gray; daughters, Mary Lynn (Doug) James, Mitzi Kay (Jimmy) Cook, Susan Bell (Rex) Kennedy, Patty (Steve) Kennedy, Lisa Dee (Tim) Bannister, and Crystal (Jesse) Peplow; 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Myra Nell Sinclair.
